How difficult is the trek to Triund?

It is easy to moderate in nature with steep climb in some sections.

Is this trek doable in winters?

Yes but depends on the amount of snow which can make the journey very difficult and it is advised not to do this trek when it is snowing heavily.

Will there be any camp setup at the Triund base?

As per the itinerary we will be trekking to Triund top in the morning and will be returning back on the same day so there won’t be any camp setup at Triund.

Which would be the ideal season to visit Triund Trek?

Just like any other trek in the Himalayas it is always advised to avoid trekking in the monsoon season because of the unpredictable nature of the slopes in the mountain because of the rain but you can always travel to Macleodganj in the monsoon seasonn as it is safe and is a very beautiful hill station.

How Safe is it for a solo girl traveller?

Himachal is the safest state in all of India for any solo traveller to freely travel and explore without any fear plus the people here are quite welcoming so this should not be a thing to worry about when you are travelling to Triund or anywhere in Himachal.
