If you ever think to run away from the chaotic city life and seclude in the lap of nature, go visit Jibhi. This quaint village is situated on the banks of the Tirthan river which is a tributary of river Beas. Galgal and apple trees are abundant in and around the valley. Jibhi offers pleasant weather throughout the year but winters are quite chilled. Jalori Pass is at about 12 KMs from Jibhi and is engulfed in the snow in winters. One can visit the waterfall in Jibhi and a mesmerizing lake which is 6 KMs from Jalori Pass, famously known as the Serolsar Lake. The charm of the Banjar Valley and Jibhi is really relaxing and worth the visit. There is also an old village called Chehni Village, about 7 KMs from Jibhi. Here stands an old watchtower is known as the Chehni Kothi, which is built in ancient Himalayan style architecture. This watchtower is round about 300 years old.
