Yumthang is a stunning location in Sikkim's northwestern region. As a result, it is appropriately called the Valley of Flowers. Because of the abundance of its scenic beauty, the area is blanketed in beautiful wild colourful flowers, such as primulas and rhododendrons, during the spring season, attracting hordes of tourists. Apart from that, there are a number of other enticing attractions in and around the lovely place. The Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary has 24 different Rhododendron species that bloom from April to the end of May. Another tourist attraction is Yumthang's hot spring, which is located on the right side of the town.
