Thrissur

Dolours Basilica, Athirappilly Waterfalls, Vilangan Kunnu, Punnathur Kotta, Shakthan Thampuran Palace, and Thrissur Zoo and State Museum are among the best Thrissur tourist attractions. Thrissur, a religious town in Kerala, is well-known for its numerous religious sites, temples, spiritual centres, and colourful festival celebrations during the festival season. Built around the Thekkinkadu Maidan, a small hillock covering about 65 acres, the city can also be said to be built around the famous Vadakkumnathan temple, which is located on the hillock.
