Bhaukpong is a small town which is situated along the southern reaches of the Himalayas in the West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh. The town is at an elevation of 213 metres from sea level and 56 km from one of the famous city Tezpur. It is famous for the Archaeological ruins of King Bhaluka. Bhalukpong serves as a gateway to popular destinations like Tawang and Bomdila. Some of the famous tourist attractions around Bhalukpong are-Bhalukpong Fort, Pakke Tiger Reserve/ sanctuary and Tipi Orchidarium.
