Ayodhya, the birth place of Lord Shri Ram, holds a important place in Hindu as well as Muslim religion. The city is one of the seven sacred cities in India, which is also known as Awadh. It is also said that there was a Babri Masjid built in 16th century by the Mughal Empreror Babur. Hanumana Garhi is another important tourist attrtaction along with Ram Mandir.
