Kasol a “Mini Israel“  of Himachal Pradesh is one of the famous destinations for backpackers and solo travellers. It is a small village of Himachal Pradesh that is 42 km away from Kullu.  Kasol is known for its unique picturesque beauty and lush green forests. This place is always on the top of the list for tourists who believe in the serenity of nature and adventure activity. For Backpackers, Kasol is the heart of the Himalayan and the base camps for Kheerganga, Yanker Pass, Sar Pass, and Pin Parbati Pass.

October to June is the most recommended time to visit Kasol the temperature varies from 3℃ to 10℃. Most peak time in Kasol for the tourist is Christmas and New Year while the second-best time to visit Kasol is March to May with an average temperature of 15℃ to 22℃ it is a perfect time for the trekking Activities 

Kasol in  Summer ( March-June)

These months are perfect for trekking near Kasol including Kheerganga, Tosh, Malana, Pulga, Grahan  & Malana. The temperature Varie in summer from 13℃ to 35℃, There are many local cultural programs and musical events taking place in Kasol like  Indrasan Festival, Electric  Mahadev Festival & Summer Hills Festival.

Kasol in  Winter ( October-February)
